Ingredients for 4 persons (Spinach with Hummus )
- 3 bunches spinach or 3 frozen spinach packs
- 2 tbsps. lemon juice
- 2 crushed garlic
- 1 sliced, grilled onion
- 1 chopped bunch of coriander
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsps.olive oil
- 4 tbsps. boiled hummus
- 1 lemon cut in slices,salt, pepper
Put olive oil in a pan and add the onion. After 2 minutes, add garlic and coriander and stir till golden. Toss the spinach. Stir for 5 min then add the boiled hummus. Mix for 2 minutes then add the lemon and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with lemon slices.
Finaly, spinach with hummus is ready.
